THE KSCULPT METHOD
At KSCULPT, our approach is intentionally different. We don’t believe in copy-and-paste protocols or one-size-fits-all treatments. Every body is unique, which means every treatment plan should be too. Our consultations are thorough and personalized—we take the time to understand your lifestyle, your concerns, and your goals so we can create a plan fully customized to you. You are never treated as just another number here.
The KSCULPT Method was developed through years of hands-on experience, advanced education, research, and refinement. After working with a wide range of body contouring technologies and treatment modalities, we recognized that no single device or standardized protocol can effectively address every concern. That understanding became the foundation of our customized, multi-modality approach.
Our team is made up of five highly trained providers who share the same commitment to personalized care, client education, safety, and results. Each provider is trained in the signature KSCULPT Method and understands how to evaluate the body beyond surface-level concerns.
We consider factors such as fat, fluid retention, bloating, circulation, lymphatic function, muscle tone, skin laxity, lifestyle habits, and internal wellness when building treatment plans. By looking at the body as a whole, we can create more strategic and effective protocols for each individual client.
At KSCULPT, we don’t simply treat the surface of the body. We support circulation, lymphatic flow, muscle stimulation, skin integrity, and overall structural balance. Our treatments are designed to work with the body’s natural ability to release, restore, tighten, strengthen, and reshape over time.
We believe the body is always communicating what it needs, and our role is to help each client respond with the right combination of advanced treatments, personalized at-home care, lifestyle guidance, and nutrition support. The result is a more sculpted, refined, and balanced body that reflects both internal and external wellness.
Today, the KSCULPT mission is delivered through two locations: KSCULPT LOU in Louisville, Kentucky, and KSCULPT ATX in Austin, Texas. Although located in two different parts of the country, both locations operate under the same mission, the same elevated standard of care, and the same signature KSCULPT Method.

Kate Miller began her journey in the aesthetics industry after attending esthetics school in Austin, where she quickly discovered her passion for body contouring and advanced aesthetic treatments. Determined to go beyond traditional esthetics, she invested heavily into continuing education, mastering non-invasive sculpting techniques and developing a results-driven approach centered around customization, client care, and real transformation.
During the pandemic, Kate used the unexpected downtime to build and refine her business, creating signature body contouring protocols designed to deliver noticeable, measurable results. Her innovative techniques and commitment to individualized treatment plans quickly gained recognition, attracting clients and beauty professionals alike who wanted to learn her methods and approach.
As demand for her expertise grew, Kate began training estheticians, medspa professionals, and aspiring beauty entrepreneurs through both virtual and hands-on education. Her passion for raising industry standards ultimately led her to open Elite Aesthetics Institute, where she helped provide advanced aesthetics education focused on real-world success, confidence, and skill development.
Now, after years of experience as both a provider and educator, Kate is returning to her roots with even more knowledge, experience, and intention behind every service she offers. Her mission is to combine advanced body contouring expertise with a personalized, client-focused experience that helps every individual feel confident, supported, and empowered throughout their transformation journey.

Now based in Louisville, Summer works exclusively with women who are ready to step into their next level.
